Once per week the LS-1000 reports each pump's the accumulated number of starts and run times for the central computer system to store and use to create monthly pump usage reports. Pump run times are recorded in hundredths of an hour to provide better resolution, especially to low volume stations. </DIV>

Optionally, the LS-1000 can be configured to report pump starts and run time on a daily basic, with the central computer system providing Weekly and Monthly reports listing daily figures. </DIV>

During the first few weeks after installation, the LS-1000 learns the operating profile of your lift pump station. Information like normal length of run of pumps per pump cycle, range of time between pump cycles, and other factors are determined and stored. After the profiling time period, the LS-1000 constantly compares the current pump operations to the original profile. When a pump operation starts to falls outside the learned profile, the LS-1000 signals a warning, if the operation continuously exceeds the profit, an alarm is generated and sent. Warnings and alarms generated by LiftStar's Intelligent Station Profiling are: </DIV>

An optional opaque front is available allowing the LS1000 to be mounted on the outside of above ground exposed control panels typically used with submersible pumps stations. With the optional external antenna, the LS1000 can be mounted inside the control panel, or next to the control panel in an underground "can" station. </DIV>

Power to the critical sensors, like the Entry, and High Wet Well and Dry Well Floats, are maintained by the LS-1000's battery during a power fail so important station statuses can still be monitored during the outage. The LS-1000 will even let you know when its battery is getting low. </DIV>
